Small Doses/ What's In A Name?

O It's Been Too Long!
Sometimes it's best to enjoy things in small doses so I made the decision to change the blog to the Weekly Dose, bringing you the Hotness once a week. So check in every Wednesday:)

With that said let's get to it.
The other day I went into H&M and picked up their free magazine. When flipping through it a model caught my eye and when looking into the details about the photoshoots I found that his name is Texas. This caused me to draw the conclusion that maybe his parents were a pair of country bumkins from good ole' Texas
U.S of A who loved their state so much they decided to name their child after it, after looking him up I couldn't be farther from the truth. HE'S FROM SWEEDEN! So this caused me to think. Sometimes "Ignorance Is Bliss"

There's all this buzz going on about the actor cast for the new Superman movie due to appear in theaters 2012. Of course the first thing I want to know is...Is he Hot? Ladies Yes he is! But here's the kicker after doing a little research to find out a little about him what do I get? For those who are Twilight fans, he was Stephanie Meyer's "Original Version of Edward". Now I'm fine and all with Rob Pattinson being Edward but when I find this out I'm kind of having second thoughts because this guy is genuinely a Hottie. Now I guarentee when I try to read the books again I'll be picturing this new guy as Edward, or if I watch the movies I'll be saying it should've been the other guy. I'm so upset now WHY DID I HAVE TO STUMBLE UPON THIS INFO?! You see it's true what they say sometimes "Ignorance is Bliss". I'd like my bliss back Thank You :)

Warmth Wanted

This winter has truly proved to be a very bitter, brutal and cruel one and it seems to be never ending with storm after storm and the blistering cold winds. I was born in one of the hottest months of the year so I take that as my sign that I was not meant to suffer in this Sinfully Cold Weather! With that said take a look at the feature of the day he's one that is sure to warm you up with his smoldering eyes that seem to have the capability of starting a fire to keep one warm, if only that were possible :(

Cutie

Have you ever seen a guy and the only word you can find to describe him is CUTIE? That's the only word I have for my feature today. I first saw him in an ad a while back for Diesel's Only the Brave Fragrance and thought to myself "Hmm he's a Cutie!" followed by a "I just wanna pinch his cheeks!" of course:)

Reminiscent of The Old Days

It's been too Long! 34 Days since the last post :( But it's great to be back although I don't know if I'll be able to post everyday. So here's to Wishful thinking.

To pass the time during these cold winter months I love to watch old movies. There's something about the passion the actors had for their craft in those times, they had a knack for getting you to feel for them because you believe that what you're watching on the screen is real. I love to see the chivalry and the romance. In those times the story lines had meaning and the romance was played out in beautifully complex ways that you could only DREAM of experiencing (today you're fortunate if you even get a TEXT!)

Today's feature has a look that is Reminiscent of The Old Days. You could throw him into one of these old films and he would mesh wonderfully. He would play a good James Dean in Giant or Rebel Without a Cause (love those movies) Not bad for the 2nd ranked Male Model out of 50 and he's only 21.

The Fighter

UFC fighting and Boxing are two sports that I just can't bear to watch for it makes me cringe but I must say that for some reason or another I tend to be attracted to guys who look like Boxing or UFC fighting is what they do for a living but really they are like the sweetest things ever. Now that's what I'm attracted to, what I really attract are the guys that have anger management issues and feel that after just meeting me once they need to take on the job of being my protector, I won't lie that the guys are hot but I don't know you so...no thanks.

My heart is aching right now over the fact that I'm featuring a JETS! player (FYI in Boston we hate the Jets!).
